Overview
This project was a strategic repositioning of Deeploy, aimed at cementing their status as the premier Amazon performance consultancy in the French market. I led the redesign to shift their brand perception from a standard service provider to a high-level strategic partner. By architecting a more professional digital presence, I ensured it reflects the deep expertise the team brings to the table.
Research
Through stakeholder workshops, it became clear that Deeploy’s digital identity was lagging behind their actual market performance.
→ The old UI lacked the sophistication required to engage top-tier marketing directors
→ Generic copy diluted their expertise and market differentiation
→ Poor site performance undermined their Amazon infrastructure expertise

Challenges
The main hurdle was finding the balance between The Amazon Ecosystem and Premium Consultancy. I had to demonstrate deep technical knowledge — covering SEO, advertising, and logistics — without losing the high-end brand feel. We needed a visual hierarchy that signaled market leader through confidence and clarity, rather than cluttered feature lists.
Key Solutions
I implemented a command-and-control visual system designed to position Deeploy as the primary authority in their space:
→ Prioritised metrics to build immediate trust with stakeholders
→ Easier navigation to find specialist work quickly
→ Modernised with bold type and white space for a more high-end feel


Impact
The redesign successfully transformed Deeploy’s digital identity from a local agency into a national category leader. By aligning the visual experience with their actual market performance, the new platform provides the credibility required to close high-stakes partnerships and dominate the Amazon growth sector in France.
